"Irritation, Annoyance, Frustration or Fury"
Now this I can relate to. Being the world's greatest trader is the most boring thing I've ever done in my life. As a consequence it leaves me vulnerable to the temptation of looking for diversions. If I'm waiting for a trade to set-up or I'm in a long slow move, I start looking for something to do... as if I'm sitting in a waiting room and I need a magazine to flip through. And although I have someone who can take my calls, I still get tempted to pick up the phone and chat.
There WAS a time when I did think I was 'magically' cursed or destined to never be successful. It was that uncanny feeling as if someone just knew that I was getting long and they're mission was to take my money. (Now to this there is some truth -- Ever wonder who has access to the servers that hold thousands of buy/sell orders?)

But today I can say that my indicators have never failed me. In fact they are so surgically precise that I often "feel" like they're wrong -- couldn't possibly be right this time. If I allow that thinking and feeling to overule then I invariably miss a profitable trade or fail to exit a profitable trade with maximum profits.

This post is a great expression of the effects of the "faster-than-the-speed-of-light" background thoughts when they are allowed to make our decisions.
